Steven Champeon is CTO of hesketh.com/inc., author of Building Dynamic HTML GUIs, co-author of Cascading Style Sheets: Separating Content from Presentation, has written articles and contributed technical and development editing to a wide variety of books on Web design and development, XML, *nix systems administration and other topics. Steve founded and serves as List Mom for Webdesign-L. His current project. the enemies list, is an antispam package for sendmail and other *nix mail server software. He lives in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he manages the mail server and DNS for the WaSP.

The Web Standards Project is a grassroots coalition fighting for standards which ensure simple, affordable access to web technologies for all.
